I was lucky to start my professional career in marketing with Procter & Gamble, the largest consumer goods company in the world. That invaluable experience and MBA degree accomplishment gave me a sharp business acumen and helped me to advance in my future jobs.

I hold more than 20 years' experience of marketing, commercial and sales leadership positions, board member roles and rich international experience in FMCG, food and beverage, media, financial services and pharmaceuticals with global companies such as Procter & Gamble, Colgate-Palmolive, General Electric, Johnson & Johnson, Orkla. I have managed marketing, communication, PR, products & channels functions, CRM, market research and sales departments, working for multiple countries within Europe.

Willing to share my in-depth experience in the business field, I started consulting solo entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises on their strategy, development roadmaps, profitability, change management and marketing and sales expansion. But a truly new chapter for me started few years ago when I obtained full International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited ACPT from The Center for Executive Coaching and became a Certified Executive Coach. After two years, I was proud to obtain a Certification of Business Coach.

When I look back why I decided to study for a business coach, my primary goal was to help myself become a better leader – learn to listen and learn to empower my teams. And it turned out that by helping myself I was able to help others, proven by hundreds of coaching hours already behind me.
